Paying the Balance and Saving the Card on File

WHERE TO SAVE THE CARD INFORMATION?
CLICK ON THE "PAY BALANCE" BUTTON AND THEN SAVE THE CARD IN THE "SQUARE" WEBSITE SECURE PAYMENT SYSTEM, BUT FIRST AGREE TO THIS BY SIGNING THE “CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT FORM”.

Paying for Someone Else:
If you are paying for someone else using Square and the card information is different than the patient's information, when you click on the "Pay Balance" button, please "Add a Note for the Seller" with the name and date of birth of the patient.
